Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Most books ship the same or next business day after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at readersupport@printimmortal.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at readersupport@printimmortal.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
